How to activate Do Not Disturb (DND) in Jio

 

Kindly follow the steps given below to activate DND (Do not disturb) in your Jio mobile.

1.  Install My Jio app from play store or app store.   Play Store | App Store

2. Sign in to My Jio app with your Jio number.

3. Click on the hamburger icon on left corner in My Jio app.

4. Click on profile and settings.

5. Click on Do not disturb under service settings.

6. Click Set preference.

7. Select Fully blocked from the option to block all promotional messages and calls.

8. Click Proceed.

9. Success, now you activate DND in your Jio number. Your new settings take effect in 24 hrs.
